We are proud to name Eileen Dabrowski and Elissa Guillory as the recipients of the 2026 TIA CTB Scholarships for Trimester 3.

Eileen Dabrowski is the Founder and CEO of Apex Tide Consulting. Eileen believes the CTB program will help her to better understand the challenges transportation professionals face, allowing her to provide more informed guidance to the people and organizations she serves.

Elissa Guillory is the Sole Proprietor of Magnolia Freight & Co., LLC. Elissa shared that earning the CTB designation is important because she is committed to building trust and earning the respect of those she serves. Her goal is to deliver real value through ethical and informed service.
