Strategic Hire of Grant Goldsmith
Aligns with Avalon’s Growth Plans

Avalon is excited to announce that Grant Goldsmith has rejoined our organization as Vice President, Corporate Sales Development. With more than 25 years of global logistics and insurance experience, Grant will help strengthen industry relationships and client partnerships.

A West Point graduate, Grant has earned the National Alliance Insurance designations of CIC, CPRM, and CRM. Initially, he will concentrate on sales efforts to capitalize on the current market dynamics.

Danielle Levine Joins Avalon
to Enhance Insurance Agency Operations

Avalon is very pleased to announce that Danielle Levine will join our team as Vice President, MGA Program Development. In her new role with Avalon, Levine will leverage over 35 years of logistics industry insurance and surety experience to drive new business growth and help facilitate the agency’s MGA operations.

“We are delighted to have Danielle join Avalon,” said Terrie Sapronetti, Executive Vice President of Underwriting. “With over three decades of experience spanning Surety Bonds, Cargo Insurance, Professional Liability, and Property &Casualty coverage, she brings invaluable expertise that will help us strengthen the operations of our exclusive surety and insurance programs.”

Danielle holds a TRIP designation and has held active leadership roles in various trade associations nationwide. She currently serves on the Airforwarders Association(AFA) Technology & Cybersecurity Committee and actively participates in trade groups for Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders in the New York/New Jersey and New England regions.

The addition of Grant and Danielle will enhance Avalon’s ability to expand its market presence, strengthen client and carrier relationships, and continue delivering innovative insurance and risk management solutions across the logistics insurance industry.
