Lisa Vranich is the Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Lisa earned her insurance license in 1995 and has provided surety and insurance solutions to the domestic and international logistics community for 27 years. She is one of the founding members of Avalon, opening our Atlanta office in January 1998 as Regional Sales Manager. In 2013, Lisa relocated to Charleston and continued to grow Avalon’s business in South Carolina and other Southeastern states. While managing the Charleston regional office, Lisa built strong relationships within the logistics industry by using her consultative approach to sales, providing in-depth policy reviews, and cultivating her service team to provide a personalized experience for each client. After continuous growth in her territory, Lisa was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2021, where she continued to expand Avalon’s presence and influence in the Southeast.
As Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Lisa is responsible for implementing and managing Avalon’s sales and marketing strategies and initiatives nationwide. Over the years, Lisa has focused her relationship-building skills and technical proficiency to deliver comprehensive risk management strategies to the logistics niche. She is eager to craft customized solutions and is always a client advocate. Lisa has extensive experience working with Freight Brokerage operations and has strong product knowledge in Professional Liability, Shipper’s Interest Cargo Insurance, Warehouse Insurance, Contingent Cargo and Contingent Auto Liability.
Lisa is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. She is an active member of the National Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders Association (NCBFAA), the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) and various local trade associations.
