Deirdre Hudson Vice President - Western Region Sales
Deirdre has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with an emphasis in transportation, working with truckers, freight forwarders and property brokers. Prior to joining Avalon, she was employed at Trade Insurance Services as the Marine Manager. After leaving there, she worked for a well-known international freight forwarder for more than 7 years. This opportunity allowed her to gain experience not only in insurance but also an understanding of the freight side of the business. Deirdre started with Avalon Risk Management in 2002 as Account Executive and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales for the Western Region. She currently holds a position on the board of directors for the Express Carriers Association and is an active member of the insurance community.
