Sean Hill is an Account Executive with Avalon’s Western Region. He has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Avalon, Sean worked directly with retail agents to secure commercial insurance package policies in over 100 different niches. He also gained underwriting experience while establishing new programs that helped increase new business production in a variety of specialty niche markets. His previous experience has been instrumental in Sean’s ability to assist his Avalon clients with their unique insurance and surety needs.
Sean is a member of Emerging Insurance Professionals, Southern Orange County Chapter. He also participates in various industry organizations such as the Harbor Trucking Association, Foreign Trade Association, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the advisory board for the Orange County chapter of Women in International Trade.
Sean, who is an Air Force veteran, graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. He obtained an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation from The Institutes and also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
In his free time, when Sean isn’t taking road trips with his wife and two children, he enjoys going to concerts and playing the guitar.
