Nathan Baylor is the Executive Vice President of Operations as well as a Partner at Avalon Risk Management. Nathan joined the company in 2002 and first served as Director of Information Technology and then was later promoted to Vice President of Information Technology. In his current role, he is responsible for Avalon’s technology, surety underwriting, claims, and overall operational efficiency. Nathan’s contributions as a technology and business executive have proven invaluable over his 21-year history with Avalon. He specializes in harmonizing processes and technology which have consistently kept Avalon on a path of growth and profitability. Nathan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Change Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts from Valparaiso University.
