LaDonna Blackwell Vice President - Southern Region
LaDonna Blackwell is the Vice President of Avalon’s Southern Region. She joined Avalon in 2021 and with over 25 years of experience at that time in the logistics and transportation industry, she was a natural fit for our team. Before joining Avalon, she worked on the carrier side, and then as the Director of Global Projects for an International Freight Forwarder. In her previous position, she managed oversized cargo moves, charters, contracts, and projects in the Oil & Gas industry. This experience allows LaDonna to understand the needs of Avalon’s client base on a practical level.
LaDonna is active in industry associations such as ITMA, HCBFFA, AIFBA, CSCMP and IFFCBANO. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and is an Adjunct Professor of Logistics / Supply Chain. In her spare time, LaDonna enjoys spending time with family and friends traveling, DIY projects, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
