Keith is a founding member and partner of Avalon Risk Management, a premier provider of insurance and surety solutions for the
international trade and transportation community. Keith has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry with focus
on specialty coverage for international trade and logistics providers. He serves as Treasurer of the Foreign Trade Association of
Southern California, past President of the Harbor Transportation Club, and active member of NCBFAA, LACBFFA, Women in International
Trade (WIT), and past instructor for trade courses at the California State University in Long Beach.
Paulette Kolba, Export Compliance Consultant
Paulette is a seasoned freight forwarding and NVOCC
professional with over 30 years’ experience working for global forwarding organizations specializing in U.S. Export Controls and Federal
Maritime Commission regulatory requirements. She is Chair of the NCBFAA Export Compliance Sub-Committee and actively engaged with the
NCBFAA Transportation Committee.
