Reminder: JFK Port 2012 Annual User Fee

Customs brokers who have not yet submitted their 2012 Annual User Fee of $138.00 to the JFK port are reminded that the deadline to submit payment ends tomorrow, Jan. 20, 2012.

Payment instructions are included in Pipeline No. 12-001-NYFO.

The fee must be paid by each broker that holds a permit in the port. Brokers who fail to pay the fee by Jan. 20 will receive written notification of their failure to pay, which will constitute revocation of their permit. The broker must then reapply for a permit and pay the $100.00 application fee.
